About the Role

• Working Day: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day including 1-hour break

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the internal design team.
• Receive job details via email or phone call and process order entries in internal portals.
• Understand design requirements related to vector files, business cards, envelopes, or promotional product mock-ups.
• Accurately communicate customer instructions and expectations to designers.
• Make outbound calls to confirm artwork details and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality documentation of communication and order details.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Arts, or Journalism.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of graphic design concepts is a plus (not mandatory).

• Open to students and recent graduates
• No prior work experience required

Experience – 3-5 Years

Our Technologies 

• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Form validation, State management (Redux, Context API), Responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind), API integration (Axios / Fetch) 
• Back-end: Node.js + Express (microservices / real-time APIs), ASP.NET Web API,  Python
• Database: SQL Server. Knowledge of non-SQL databases is a plus 
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure, AWS 
• Tools & Platforms: Git, GitHub, Visual Studio / VS Code

Essential Skills

• Should have prior experience in develop and maintaining Node.js & Express.js based web applications, Web API, within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
• Should have understanding and experience of Object-Oriented programming practices (SOLID principles, Design pattern) 
• Should be strong at Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code Should have experience at CI/CD Pipelines, App Services, Function Apps, AAD authentication Should have exp in working with Service principles, Storage Keys, Private end points, Power-Shell, and Bash scripting 
• Should have prior experience working with Web API and JSON, State management (Redux, Context API), API integration (Axios / Fetch), Responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind), Form validation 
• Deep understanding of creating RESTful APIs using .NET Core, EF Core with Middleware (auth, logging, validation) and Authentication (JWT, OAuth, Identity) 
• Experience in developing web application with DOT NET Core, ASP. Net, Web API 
• Hands on Web development skills like HTML, HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap. 
• Hands on experience in SQL Server with Database design & indexing, Stored procedures & migrations 

Functional Skills

• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .NET & Node.js developed projects, including periodic code review. 
• Contributing to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise. 
• 1+  years of experience in Python (Preferred) 

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications (Must) 

• UG: Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science 
• PG: Master's in computers application, MTech in Computers. 
• Experience: 3-5 years of work experience.
